1. 酒店環境臟, 沒有得到清潔乾淨
2. 酒店環境雜亂不堪, 沒有被整理得井井有條, 被單全摺痕不知道是不是上一個睡完覺沒換，給人一種不整潔的感覺。
3. 酒店內部陳舊的裝飾和傢俱很明顯, 給人一種過時和不舒適的印象。
4. 酒店環境缺乏充足的自然光線, 燈光昏暗, 給人一種壓抑和不舒適的氛圍。
5.酒店周圍環境嘈雜,隔音不好 。
6. 酒店設施老舊破損, 牆壁都出現剝落了

離北站很近，住一晚還行。熱水好，空調也給力，衹是比較舊，電視也不能看。如果坐地鐵，從H口進出最方便。

1.網絡:酒店WIFI網絡速度極慢、酒店房間內的WIFI信號不穩定，常常需要重新連接;連接網絡需要登錄，且需要頻繁重新登錄;電視需要收費。
2.異味:房間老舊，下水道異味溢出、房間通風不暢。
3.內部樂音:牆壁隔音差 空調樂音大。
4.空調：空調樂音太大，影響睡眠、而且空調不制熱

這個酒店設施陳舊，服務差，房間不乾淨，還很冷。我在這裏度過了一個非常不愉快的夜晚，這是我住過最差的酒店之一。我不建議任何人來這家酒店。

總體還是不錯的，地理位置優越，毗鄰火車站，上下車就進入住很方便。酒店在公寓樓裏位置不好找，到之前需打電話聯繫，酒店老闆娘親自下樓接，服務態度很好，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，就是稍舊 ，衞生間有瓷磚缺失希望修補好。

環境可以了，很乾凈，到了沒找到，前台親自下來接的。對面就是車站！很近，下樓直接走地下通道直接就進站了！下次到瀋陽還住着！
