The hotel's front desk really pays attention to detail. Yolanda at the front desk was incredibly responsive to all my needs, solving problems quickly and thoughtfully. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the location is convenient for getting around. Overall, my experience was perfect, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel manager on duty had a great attitude, and they even gave me a fridge magnet when I checked out. I stayed for three nights and had a really good overall experience. I'll definitely come back again. The sunny side has a lake view, which I might try next time.

My stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the AC worked great. It was spacious, perfect for both work and relaxation. The service was a huge bonus – the manager on duty was so friendly and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. Our stay at the Swissotel Shenyang was truly excellent. Its location right next to Qingnian Park on Line 2 made it super convenient for getting around with our child. The hotel is across from the park, so we didn't have to go far to enjoy the snow. The front desk staff were all very warm and even helped us carry our luggage up to the room. A special thanks to Eric from concierge for his outstanding service! Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about all the hotel's activities and promotions, explaining everything clearly. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and quick. Eric genuinely cares about the guest experience; he even made sure to ask about our stay when we checked out and carefully noted our suggestions. His attentive service and humble attitude are truly commendable. With employees like him, the hotel is bound to thrive!

Booked this room for a friend. The duty manager at check-in was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water with stable temperature. A really good experience overall!

The hotel's location is decent, not far from Shenyang Middle Street and the Imperial Palace, and only about a 30-minute drive from the airport! However, the overall facilities are quite old. I booked a family king room, and the bed was made up of two smaller beds pushed together, measuring 2.4m wide. The room itself was quite spacious, but there was very little space to put belongings – not nearly enough for a family's luggage! As for cleanliness, the carpet in the room was visibly dirty, which I wasn't happy about. Regarding service, I arrived close to 11 PM and wanted some additional children's amenities. I called and waited forty minutes without anything being delivered. It wasn't until I called a second time to follow up that they were finally brought over. This experience wasn't great, and I hope the hotel can improve its service!
