**Price:** Great value for money, although bringing a pet now costs 100 RMB per stay.
**Location:** Just a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, about 7 minutes to Huaiyuan Gate, and Yuandian Square is only a 10-minute stroll away. The location is excellent, and navigation signs are clear. Parking at Xihuabeixiang Parking Lot is a bit of a distance, but it shows the hotel concierge did their homework (since the parking lot across the street basically charges 5-6 RMB/hour, accumulating to over 120 RMB/day, but at Xihuabeixiang Parking Lot, you just WeChat the attendant 30 RMB/day maximum).
**Hygiene:** The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness is excellent.
**Service:** The overall etiquette is very good, and response times are quick and reasonable. For example, the pet policy charging an additional 100 RMB was updated after my booking date. After discussing it, they said it was just a deposit and would be refunded if there was no damage (after the previous negative experience with 'Home Inn Selected (Dongying Financial Port Store)' covertly changing their pet policy and charging fees, this positive experience was quite moving, especially since this is just a guesthouse, not a chain hotel).
**Facilities:** Hotel facilities are average. The energy equipment is excellent (water is consistently hot and strong, and the air conditioning heats up well).
**Comfort:** The overall design is minimalist, and the room is compact. The mattress is comfortable, but a minor flaw is the lack of integrated light control (-0.2).
**Dining:** Food and room service are available (the ground floor lobby is actually a coffee shop), but I didn't try them, so I won't comment.
