The rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire hotel feels relatively new. There's an outdoor restaurant, and on a nice day, sitting outside with a cup of coffee is a real treat. The buffet restaurant offers expansive river views and a view of the iconic 'Big Diamond' landmark. Additionally, the sixth floor has an outdoor lawn area, perfect for a stroll, and these features entice me to stay here every year. The hotel's Yu Ge Feng Tian restaurant also serves exquisite and delicious dishes, definitely worth experiencing. Of course, what's even more memorable is the attentive service. I have a spinal issue and can't sleep on soft beds, so the service center promptly arranged for someone to bring a bed board. I was deeply touched by such personalized and thoughtful service. The staff are all very professional, and the hotel is close to K11. They arranged an early check-in two hours prior, which was a very thoughtful service. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of cheeses. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, I'd love to know where they got it! The only downside was that the minibar was completely empty. At 1.5k during National Day, the price was likely higher than usual. Even just two bottles of coke or beer would have been nice. Also, the bottled water wasn't good; it tasted like tap water and upset my stomach a bit. Overall, it was very good, and I recommend staying here. The service was excellent.

Traveling with my dog, the hotel's environment and facilities were great. The pet-friendly room I booked even came with bowls, snacks, a pee pad, a small tent, and a dog bed, which made us feel very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the front desk previously told us pets were allowed in the restaurant, but when we got to the entrance, we were denied entry. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

I have to give a huge thumbs up to the New World Hotel Shenyang! Since I was traveling with my little one, I considered factors like transportation, kids' activities, accommodation environment, and breakfast. After comparing several options, I chose the New World Hotel. First, the hotel's location is excellent, with K11 and the subway entrance right downstairs – super convenient. Next, the service. The hotel checks remarks in advance, and upon arrival at the front desk, all requests are arranged. The cot rail for the child was already installed before check-in, and the room was upgraded to overlook the 'Big Diamond'! This hotel probably boasts the best views in all of Shenyang, with stunning river scenery. K11 mall is conveniently located downstairs for shopping, and there's a fantastic gourmet supermarket. Upon entering the hotel, we were guided by staff, and the front desk reception was warm and welcoming. The service was excellent, and they even upgraded our room for free, which was a big plus. Let me start with the positives. The hotel environment is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the room view is great. The swimming pool and fitness area are fantastic. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very good and responsive. The robot room service was also very convenient. Now for the downsides. For a hotel at this price point, the bathroom amenities are really subpar, significantly worse than comparable hotels. Secondly, during both nights of our stay, we encountered wedding rooms on our floor. The front desk did not inform us upon check-in if we minded being on the same floor as wedding parties. In the morning, relatives of the wedding party staying in a nearby room kept opening and closing their door, creating a lot of noise. When I reported this to customer service, the hotel manager who responded actually questioned my feedback, telling me the wedding room was 'a certain distance' from mine. He used the most polite tone to say the most disrespectful things, which made me very uncomfortable. After learning there would be another wedding party on the second night, they offered to move us to a different floor. Ultimately, they resolved the issue of noise on the second night by moving the wedding party to a different floor.
