The rooms are very clean and the service very excellent but their air conditioning is very poor we were dripping of sweat for more than 3 hours till the fixed it but it wasnt cool enough we had to go and find a place to spend the late hours of the afternoon till it got cool. We had the comfort family room and it had plenty of room for our family of 4. Everyone got their own bed which was great. There was two showers and one toilet in the room. The mini bar was free, so we enjoyed the drinks. If you order take away it gets brought up to you by one of the robots, and you will receive a call when it is at your door. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is first class. Breakfast is served on level two and provided decent spread of food for the price. The hotel entry was a little hard to find, so that could be improved. However, all in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Shenyang.
