Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

The room is large in size, has an independent kitchen and washing machine, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. Check-in A deposit of $500 is required in order to improve the hygiene of the bathroom. There are stains on the tank and there is a slight smell in the bathroom.

We love to stay at this hotel, very central n easy to get by. The people there are very helpful and kind. We stayed 3 days and traveled to Guangzhou and back to Lanshotel to stay one more night before depart for Shanghai. The room is excellent, love the decor of the room! Simple and homely. The toilet is very impressive, my first time using it to wash my bottom after toilet. The seat is warm. As soon as you walk in the washroom, the light will turn on automatically! They provided plenty of bottled water 😍 which we needed in a hot day. Short distance to walk to all shops and to eatery places. The best part, this hotel provides washing n drying facilities, 👍🏻‼️ thank you so much to the stuff for their help upgraded us to superior room!

We decided to stay here🥳. We booked two rooms with our elderly and children. We went out to play during the day and did not go to the hotel swimming pool, so we did not take pictures. The smart robot service was also good. This trip made me feel how Shenzhen people are open to the outside world. The enthusiasm of local people is the best hotel experience I have had during this trip. I will stay here again next time. Manager Zhang’s ability and Director Chen’s seriousness can only be praised by two words🎈.

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

Let me talk about my feelings, because the decoration of many apartment brands in Building AB on the floor is basically the same. Some services during the so-called stay are really good. In the end, this store manager is really good, and the consideration is particularly appropriate. Also, I basically never give an evaluation to any hotel when I grow up. I never write a follow-up review, this is the first time I can’t help but give a positive review! This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in in Shenzhen! ! ! none of them! It can be seen that the landlady is very attentive to her business: The room is very clean and tidy (the floor is so clean that I don’t even dare to comb my hair in the room hahahaha) The bed is made of solid wood and is very sturdy. The room is clean and sunny. (The beds are all made new in front of you.) The toilet is really clean and hygienic, and shampoo and shower gel are provided~ Auntie cleans everything every day and scrubs every corner carefully~ The most important thing is that the landlady is very nice and patient, and the roommates are also very easy-going and easy to get along with. Everyone will sit in the living room and watch TV series together~ The landlady will pay more attention to the quality and hygiene of roommates, so those who stay long-term are those who love hygiene and tidiness~ The location is in the city center and the price is really good! In short, I would like to recommend Amway to everyone who passes by! ! ! ! (Emphasis!! Me! No! Yes! Please!!! No advertising fees!!) I was just in a hurry and forgot to take pictures! !
