We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

Facilities: There is nothing wrong with the public areas. Full of design sense, the hotel has an overall Nanyang style. I personally feel it is more similar to Andaz. The bad experience is that for me, a fitness enthusiast, the hotel gym is not open. If the facilities are not complete, why are you so anxious to open the door? It’s weird that you can’t get fit with a room fee of over 2,800 yuan! The laundry fee is also ridiculously high, and a 100% service fee will be charged for expedited services. I washed 9 pieces of clothes for more than 1,600. . . The most expensive laundry service I have ever encountered in a five-star hotel! There are also foreign objects on the sheets in the room. When a Ctrip guest checks in, doesn’t GSM check the room in advance? Overall so-so. . . In addition, the sound insulation is very poor. I don’t know what is going on upstairs or in the next room one night! Noisy people can't sleep! Mineral water and kettle are not provided in the room, but drinking water! Very inconvenient for those with children! ! !

We have a very good stay. The first surprise is that our rooms are upgraded. Just want to say ”thank you very much”. The rooms are very spacious and newly renovated. The bathtub is large, which comes with a view . The room has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool and a glimpse of ” China Splendid”. When you arrive your room, you will exclaim with ”wows” and feel relaxing when you step out to the balcony. We paid the room rate together with breakfast, whch is cheaper than you buy separately, It's conveneient to eat there and head out to the swimming pools and sight-seeing. The buffet has a wide seletcion of food. It has freshly squeezed juice - it's very rare to see now. I must give a thumb up to the two staffs, who are busy squeeziing juices to all those demaning customers. The swimming pool with slides and waterfun activies are in the shade. Even though it's even blazing hot outside, you can still enjoy and have fun. It's prefect for us. My children do not want too thrilling slides. I also don't want my heart to beat too fast! Another huge pool is very relaxing to swim , float and there's a pool bar. We went to Go-Kart on our last day, whcih was $10 Taxi drive. My teenage son had a blast. Thank you very much to the Cconcierge Kevin, who helped us to check whether it was open and get a cheaper rate on the App. I would strongly recommend to this hotel for a relaxing weekend with the kids. You can defintly chill out. When you stay in Shenzhen hotels, you can always expect 5-star services. InterContinental Shenzhen certainly lives up to the expection with a fraction of the price.

This is a great hotel situated at a beautiful area in the NanShan district. I booked the corner room and the views whilst taking a bath was amazing. There is bathing salt so as to prevent my skin getting to wrinkly after half an hour of bath. The room design is so elegant I would love to stay here for a few more days. A definite return to this hotel some time soon. The breakfast was delicious, not to mention the executive lounge experience-- wide choice of alcoholic beverages, and snacks in the evening. Excellent location for talking business.

The room was very new and very clean. However, I originally booked a twin room on the day I went there. The room was very smelly. I don’t know why, but the room was fully booked and there was no room to change. I ended up changing to a room next to the straw cloth room on the first floor. We have a double bed room. At 7 o'clock in the morning, I heard the sound of tape being pulled open at the door. It was annoying. There is no need to order breakfast from them. Breakfast is just a piece of bread, milk and a small box of cherry tomatoes. It is better to go out to eat directly. There are many delicious food nearby, so there is no need to worry about eating. It's quite a long walk from Window of the World, less than 2 kilometers, about 20 minutes' walk.

This is a very nice and confortable hotel. My wife and kid love the place so much especially the toys and the bed decorations. The breakfast are simple but not quite bad. However it seems not enough seats in the breakfast area (we arrived around 830m) and suggest to go ealier to avoid fighting to get table or chairs.

The best location of this Qiuguo Hotel is adjacent to Exit C of Baishizhou Subway Station. There are also different restaurants across the street for customers to choose from. It only takes one stop to reach Vientiane World. However, I seriously doubt that this Qiuguo Hotel is under the name of Qiuguo, but in reality it is run by another hotel. First, two days after I checked in, Trip.com showed that I had not checked into the hotel and asked me to confirm via email, otherwise the pre-granted deposit would be deducted. However, I checked with Trip.com staff and Trip.com did not send me an email. In addition, the room card I got said it was Hangtai Hotel. Also, there was originally a dedicated Qiuguo Hotel there, but there was no one inside and it was not open for business. It was also very messy and did not seem to be in business. The front desk was in another lobby and shared the front store with Hangtai Hotel. The room phone also showed that it was the phone number of Hangtai Hotel, and there was no signal. The floor of the room also does not seem to be cleaned regularly and there is a lot of dust and hair balls. The hotel lobby and elevators are very shabby.
