The location is excellent, within walking distance to shopping areas and the subway station, making it super easy to get around. Any requests were met with immediate responses, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. My stay here was a fantastic experience! 👍

A large building set up as a studio apartment block, it offers short, medium and long term accommodation. The room is clean, equipped with a mini bar fridge and a washing machine. There's a gym and communal kitchen. There's a school nearby which can be rowdy during certain times but it didn't bother me as I'm out most of the time during school hours. Great stay, cost effective. Will definitely stay here again

On the morning of check-in, I first dropped off my luggage at the front desk. My plan to visit Lianhua Mountain after lunch was then spoiled. Luckily, the front desk contacted me, saying a room was ready and I could check in early. The initial room they gave me was on too low a floor, which I didn't like, so I asked the front desk to upgrade my room type. The various appliances and facilities were quite complete. Although the upgraded room was larger, the projector in the room couldn't show CCTV channels!!!!! However, I heard from the staff that some rooms have already been upgraded and can show them, but I checked in quite early, so I'll let it slide.

Traveling to Shenzhen with kids, my biggest worry was inconvenient accommodation, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. What made the kids happiest was the giant projector screen – we'd cozy up on the sofa watching cartoons as a family every evening, it was wonderful. The cleaning staff tidied up daily, and the room was spotless and odor-free. The location is also fantastic; there's a convenience store and a snack street right downstairs, and it's not a long walk to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shenzhen!

My first time staying at this new hotel, and I was truly impressed! The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a private balcony. Being on a high floor, it offered distant views from the balcony. The room was also incredibly well-equipped, featuring a hob, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ample storage space. It was exquisitely furnished, and even the toilet was a high-end TOTO electric bidet toilet, making it truly feel like a home away from home! Home sweet home! The location is excellent, right next to the large shopping mall, Xinghe Coco City, which has everything you could want for shopping, entertainment, and dining. The room was so comfortable and relaxing that I extended my stay by half a day before heading back to work. **Dedicated 24-Hour Attentive Concierge:** The attentive concierge service was incredibly thoughtful. Shortly after I successfully made my booking, they immediately called me, concerned that I might not know how to get there. The service was truly comprehensive and considerate!

After climbing the mountain in Yangtai Mountain, I booked the Binstein Apartment not far away. It was also an old customer. This time I came to check in very late. The front desk said that I had upgraded the room type with a balcony. The price/performance ratio was up. , Huibang this place, It can be regarded as a better place for Shilongzai. It is very convenient to eat and live. I came to Wanjia downstairs to buy a durian. I went home and opened it. Wow (✪ω✪), the meat rate was 60%. I was very happy, and now I am happier. The decor is very stylish. I noticed nearby places were mostly duplex apartments, which aren't as convenient as this. It's hard to imagine getting such a great room for just over 100 RMB in Shenzhen. The pillows and mattress are really comfortable, on par with hotels costing 500-600 RMB. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into this hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip in Shenzhen.
