Crystal Orange Properties in Shenzhen

Title: Five Stars for Impeccable Service and Attention to Detail! I booked this hotel for my trip to Hong Kong, and the location was incredibly convenient, very close to Luohu Port and Xiangxi Village Metro Station. The beds and pillows at Orange Crystal are super comfortable, and the bathroom lighting is perfectly designed for women's makeup needs. The soundproofing is excellent too – unlike some other hotels, you can't hear conversations from next door. But the service was the absolute best: I had left a request in the app, and when I arrived at the front desk, I didn't have to repeat a thing. They had already picked out the perfect room for me, which was such a relief. The staff were enthusiastic and even offered to have my clothes laundered and returned to my room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they even have a delivery robot. Highly recommend!

This was my first stay at an Orange Crystal hotel. I arrived so late that my booked room type was unavailable, but the front desk staff, Xiao Dan, kindly upgraded my room, which was fantastic! The room's interior design felt on par with luxury hotels in the city. The most pleasant surprise, however, was the restaurant. All the chairs were upholstered, the space had a harmonious color scheme, and the breakfast spread was quite varied. I've definitely found a new favorite for future business trips!

Overall, a bit disappointed. Facilities: The maintenance is pretty average. The most critical issue is that the shower temperature couldn't be adjusted lower; it was scalding hot. Although the customer service added me on WeChat right at check-in, mentioning that the water temperature is hard to adjust and to contact them for help if needed, shouldn't basic facilities like this be properly maintained? One of the pillows went flat as soon as I lay on it, which was uncomfortable. A decorative flower on the wall had fallen off and hadn't been repaired. The wooden desk was also very worn out. The wooden floor was also rundown, but I forgot to take a picture. Service: The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, which was great.

The breakfast featured fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. Plus, there's a free gym and smart delivery robots, showing how thoughtfully designed everything is. The hotel lobby feels like a modern art gallery. Its prime location in Nanshan makes it incredibly convenient for business travelers, being just a 25-minute ride to Shenzhen North Station and Bao'an International Airport, and close to Tencent. Plus, there are plenty of cultural attractions nearby, like Nantou Ancient City and Henan Flower Town, which are perfect for family outings.

On arrival the staff was very friendly and polite. Checking I. Process was very quick. They were very accommodating to our requests and surprised us with free treats. The hotel is clean and nicely designed. The free laundry was a plus but the gym was disappointing 2 treadmills, a cross trainer and a bike. We booked the Queen deluxe which suited our requirements. The room was clean and felt spacious. The smart room control was loved by my wife as everything in the room was voice controlled (mandarin speaking only). The Bed was very comfy and provide a great nights rest. The location was close to wear wanted to be. It was a shame that it was situated in a street of garages. But there are local eateries in the next street. The train tracks are opposite and you see the planes flying over. I would recommend to go for the slightly cheaper room with sea views as the difference is just window bench seating. For me the view of the trees is better than a window bench. Our room view was of the opposite building. We would go back and recommend to others.

This is one of the best Orange Crystal Hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is perfect, right next to Fanshen subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, there's a night market nearby, which is great for family trips. The hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. The high floor offers a fantastic view. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen.
