The Hotel staff was amiable and accommodating. Although very little English was spoken, the staff tried to speak Cantonese to my wife. We were upgraded to a suite which was clean and very big. Our package included a daily buffet breakfast and VIP lounge access for a light meal in the evening. We were given choices out of 4 sets. The set meal in the lounge was average but it was very cosy and quiet with all kinds of drinks available. The best part of the hotel was the bathtub with a view! The buffet breakfast was OK. Tea and coffee were very average. You get better quality from your room. There are a variety of international cable TV channels. To my disappointment, the very latest international movie collections come with a daily flat rate. The size of the TV is a bit small compared to the size of the suite. The sound bar was fantastic though. We were very happy that we did not smell cigarette smoke in the hotel except near the smoking venue. The hotel is very easy to get to by the underground train. You can have weatherproof access to the gigantic mall across the road via the train station. Hard Rock Hotel is positioned to take advantage of the local facilities for a family holiday. It is very popular with families from HK.

Check-in only takes five to 10 minutes. It is worth appreciating! The breakfast is very rich. The noodle cook 👍🏻 is really hardworking and has a friendly attitude! Very polite! The only thing I have to complain about is that I can’t find a children’s cartoon TV channel 😅 Overall, I’m very satisfied! I stayed in Ctrip’s Little Yellow Duck parent-child room and it was such a surprise. There are exclusive little yellow duck themed slippers, cosmetics, and backpacks that can be taken away. The cups, towels, bath towels, bathrobes, and the puppets on the bed are all themed with a little yellow duck, and they are super cute in person. There is also a little yellow duck tent, a small wooden horse, and a small Lego table in the room. . . The family is so happy. Although everyone has passed the age of playing these, they are still cute. Miss Luo Yi at the front desk was very enthusiastic and arranged adjacent rooms for our family on the same floor, which was very convenient. Thank you. I have stayed in many parent-child themed rooms before, but few have done so carefully. The room rates are very cost-effective and highly recommended.
