The Hanting Hotel Shenzhen Zhuzilin is incredibly convenient, right next to the metro station, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and their attitude was friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, with complete facilities and a quiet environment. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

Shenzhen Bay Park is within walking distance, so you can easily stroll over and enjoy nature's beauty whenever you like. There are also lively shopping malls nearby, perfect for daily shopping and dining needs – truly a one-stop destination for food, fun, and entertainment. The front desk staff's service was impeccable! From the moment I checked in, their enthusiasm and professionalism were evident. Not only were they efficient in quickly completing my check-in, but they also thoughtfully recommended fun places to visit and great restaurants nearby, which was incredibly helpful for someone new to the area. Any issues I had during my stay were promptly resolved by them, which was incredibly reassuring and stress-free! The room was also clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The lady at the front desk was so kind! My friend and I were in town for a concert. I arrived quite early that day and asked if we could check in ahead of time. There were many other concert-goers also waiting, and I was prepared to wait too, but before I even sat down, she said we could check in right away! 🥰 The hotel's location is also excellent; it's not far from the subway and the border crossing, which is very convenient. There's even a shopping mall nearby! After the concert, it was a quick trip back to the hotel from the border. We dropped off our stuff and even had time to go to Haidilao Hot Pot at the nearby King Glory Plaza! The hotel's cleanliness was good too, and the room had hangers and a full-length mirror.

Stayed here with my family during Chinese New Year. It's convenient for traveling to Hong Kong from Shekou Port. First off, the location is pretty good; it's within a reasonable distance to both the bus and metro stations. Plus, it's right near Shekou Old Street, which has probably hundreds of restaurants, so there are tons of great food options! As for sightseeing, since it's close to Shekou, you're limited to the surrounding areas. If you want to go anywhere else, it's not very convenient, with travel times easily exceeding 60 minutes. Also, because the room rate is cheap, the room itself is very small. How small, you ask? You can compare it to hotel rooms in Hong Kong 🇭🇰; it's basically the same size. The cleanliness is good, and the service is fine, it's just very, very compact!

The environment is super comfortable: The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple and elegant, and the public areas and rooms are full of high-end feeling. You will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. The room is spacious and bright, the location is excellent, and travel is convenient. Whether it is for tourism or business trip, it is highly recommended!

The environment is great, very clean and hygienic. The 24-hour butler service is excellent; even when we arrived very late, someone was there to greet us. The facilities are comprehensive, with all the basic appliances you'd need. No major issues at all. I'd definitely come back here again if needed.

The area around the hotel is quite lively, with lots of food to eat, and you can also walk to the large supermarket Walmart. The room is neither too big nor too small, the facilities are a bit old, the sanitation is relatively clean, it is a bit far from the subway station, and the hotel has no elevator.

The hotel has a good location, very close to Shenzhen East Railway Station and Buji subway station. The room wasn't cold; it was quite warm. The bedding was clean. Downstairs, there are a few restaurants suitable for a quick meal. Around the area, you can find Dafen Oil Painting Village.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful; her smile made me feel comfortable. I stayed in a room without a window, and even though it was a double room, it was a bit small, but it was enough for one person. Also, the door to my room kept triggering an alarm and wouldn't close properly; that would be great. Otherwise, the cleanliness and environment were quite good. I would recommend it, and the location is easy to find.

Smart self-check-in saves time, and the robot delivery is efficient and fun. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is easy to use, and the business center is well-equipped. The front desk was responsive and friendly, meeting all my business travel needs.
