Excellent location for restaurants, jazz and live music bars/restaurants, and for greenery and easy living. I have stayed here many times over the past 20 years. Great staff and very helpful but limited English. Some parts of the facilities need renovation such as bathroom shower metal frames, etc. That is why I give cleanliness a 4 of 5. Also by government rule hotels are no longer required to provide amenities such as toothpaste, etc. in the room. You can ask for it at desk. It rained heavily during my stay and I asked for a hotel umbrella to go out for lunch. I was given a thin plastic "poncho" instead. 4 of 5 for amenities as well. Will stay again as an excellent price in an excellent location.

All good. I got a great night’s sleep and the facilities in the room are all good. The best part about this hotel is its location in the vibrant OCT bar, restaurant and coffee district. There is also a (hilly) and lovely park nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice for a short stay. The room is not big and new however it's quite affordable in Shenzhen.

very well price for the quality, and nice big bed, and spacious rooms.
Also the outside environment you will find plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants and a huge grocery store very essential in the city and I can only recommend stay in this area
