Reviews of Huaxun Skyline Apartment (Shenzhen Jingji Vientiane City Branch)

The location is pretty good. Plenty of restaurant around. There's a Hema supermarket just round the corner. A couple of foot and body massage places too. An MRT station of just less than 10mins walking distance and Shenzhen train station is about 20mins walk away.. The unit is a bit small but ok with 5 people staying. Bedlinen and towels are clean. Housekeeping is on daily basis upon request but only for the living room and toilet. Only one toilet ( a wet toilet) which is a minus point. There's only an electric kettle in the kitchenette. No cups/plates/fruit knives ect. Need to request for paper cups daily for our morning coffee. Front desk is 24/7. While the ladies are more friendly and responsive, the one guy who man the night shift is less so. He is more interested with his phone. We stayed at 48 floor and it was really inconvience to have to switch lift at 36 flr. Worse still during peak hours. Overall, for the price it was an OK stay. Will i be interested to return, probably no.

Located in a mixed residential/hotel/business building. My room located on the 49th floor; view was supberb with 2 small "balcanies" , but glass windows were dirty which was a big nuisance. Other features was nothing to write room about. The worst to mention was the bathroom; it had a very high threshold (5 inches?) at the door. Which i tripped over 3 times before I learnt to avoid it. The shower had no curtain, no matter how careful, you will splash water out on floor. Water heater is the tankless type, smaller and unstable. For the price I paid, im sure I can get something better.

7 in a room but just 1 toilet….it quite budget but if just need a sleep place…it still fine. Many restaurants nearby

The apartment-style hotel is located very close to the busy city of Dongmen. The night market downstairs is convenient for eating! But the reception staff service quality is average!

The room is on the 48th floor of the building. You have to check in at the lobby and go to the 41st floor to take the elevator. The front desk receptionist will collect a deposit of 200, which will be returned after check-out. The room is not too new, but relatively clean. It is estimated that people do not stay there often. The air conditioner is not cold enough, so the housekeeper gave us a fan. The view outside the window is nice, and there are many places to eat downstairs. The price is affordable and not expensive. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

It can be described as dirty, messy, old and small. There is no air conditioning. The service attitude is extremely bad. I will never book this hotel again.

The room was a pleasant surprise, the environment felt clean, and there was enough space to accommodate 3 families and children. You can see the Shenzhen landscape from a distance. It was cheap, beautiful and good! Come again next time!

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff was very nice and helped to solve any problems. Excellent scenery

Nice stay

The hotel's ventilation system was not working and the smell of smoke was severe. Even after turning on the exhaust fan for several hours, the smell of smoke could not be dispelled. There was no air conditioning, but luckily the staff brought two electric fans, but they were covered in dust. There are no ordinary TV stations, all of them are paid platforms that require membership registration. The soundproofing is poor and conversations in the corridor can be clearly heard. The toilet water pressure is satisfactory and the cleanliness is very good. It would be better if there is a dry and wet separation.

The location is OK, but it's a pity that you have to change elevators. It's very troublesome to order takeout. You have to go to 41 to change elevators. There are so many people every time you change elevators. It takes a long time to get to the lobby on the first floor.

The location is good, the sound insulation is average, the space is a bit small, but the price is there, so I don't ask for too much

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the accommodation is comfortable and the scenery is first-class. recommend
