Location is very close to both Shenzhen university Lihu campus and SUSTECH. Front desk lady during check-in was very nice. The Room hygiene was ok, but can be improved especially there was a little leak in the bathroom closet. Overall for the budget it was alright.

The front desk and room service were attentive and friendly, and the hotel's location is excellent for getting to the university. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast quality, as it was a bit lacking.

I found this hotel to be absolutely terrible. Firstly, the air conditioning barely worked; you'd practically roast in there. Secondly, the bed wasn't great either, just very mediocre in my opinion. One-star review!

This is a great hotel, just a 5-6 minute walk from Tanglang Metro Station. The room size is generous, and it's clean with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding and linens are very comfortable; I've slept really well these past two nights. When I extended my stay on the second day, the front desk even proactively upgraded my room. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

I have no idea how old this hotel is, but the air conditioning was terrible – it didn't cool at all, and we were sweltering. There was a strange smell in the room and the hallway, and the bathroom reeked of urine... The soundproofing was also really bad! Our stay was truly awful! It ruined our family's vacation mood! They really need to renovate soon. I can't believe such a terrible hotel still exists in 2026.
