F-TOWN Fangtang Hotel (Shenzhen Longgang Tian'an Digital City Huanggekeng Subway Station)

The sheets and duvet covers weren't clean. The hotel was also hard to find, and its offline name was different from its online name. Unbelievable.

The hygiene was really poor. The room had a lot of scratches, hair, stains, and sand. There was also hair in the shower, and the floor felt a bit sticky and looked dirty.

I was going to the Natural History Museum and just picked a random hotel on Line 16. The area around it is pretty quiet, and the room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. It even had a washing machine and dryer.

The service here is truly top-notch! From check-in to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. Plus, the hotel facilities are very modern, and the bedding is super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this place!!

This loft duplex is quite comfortable. The decor is simple and minimalist, with an open layout. There's a projection screen on the wall and large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light. The upstairs has a glass railing, giving the whole place a clean and modern feel.

Came for a concert, transportation was very convenient, and the room was clean. The service attitude was also great.

Hygiene: The cleanliness was really subpar. When I checked in, I found some melon seeds under the coffee table. They were still there when I checked out, even though the cleaning staff did come in during my stay. The mold on the refrigerator seal was quite disgusting. Facilities: The shower stall didn't have a shelf, so I had to put my shampoo and body wash on the floor. Also, the shampoo and body wash provided were terrible; I only used the shampoo once and woke up with a flaky scalp the next day. The sofa also had a strange, unpleasant odor, as if it had never been cleaned. The grease stains on the kitchen stovetop were clearly visible and hadn't been cleaned either. Environment: The surrounding area was pretty quiet, which was nice. The problem was the hallway; you could hear even slightly louder conversations from there. Service: Practically non-existent. My trip was rushed, so I didn't bother taking many photos.

This two-story loft exceeded my expectations. It was clean and refreshing overall, with a very comfortable living atmosphere. The large bay window provided ample natural light, making it lovely to sit by and relax. The appliances were fully equipped, and the dryer was especially practical – no worries about damp clothes on rainy days. The two levels were well-divided, quiet, and not noisy. The facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was tidy and pleasant. My entire stay was a perfect 10/10, highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time and give it a perfect rating. The front desk made check-in and check-out quick and easy, and the staff were warm and polite, responding to requests very promptly. The room cleaning was incredibly thorough, with no dust in the corners, and the bedding was fluffy and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's rest. The hotel is in a prime location, making it very convenient for dining out, getting a taxi, and shopping. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely prioritize booking this hotel for future trips; I truly recommend it.
