JINGJU HOTEL SHENZHEN

Almost every time I visit, this is my go-to hotel. The main reason is how incredibly clean it is; the faucets, fixtures, floors, countertops, and bathroom always look spotless and shiny. Secondly, the location is incredibly convenient. Jingtian subway station is right downstairs, and it's only two stops to Futian High-Speed Rail Station, then a quick 15-minute ride to Hong Kong West Kowloon. Thirdly, the service is outstanding and they're very generous. They once proactively upgraded my king room to a deluxe suite, which made my day! This time, I had just gotten off an overnight train, looking a mess, and arrived at the hotel at 7 AM, really wanting a shower. Since it was way before check-in time, the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in for me – so thoughtful! Fourth, there are plenty of dining options within a hundred meters. Fifth, the building is called the 'Women and Children's Building,' and there are lots of activities for kids inside. Sixth, the attention to detail is impressive: the twin room is spacious, the heated towel rack and high-quality coat rack are practical, the kettle is clean and good quality, and the bathroom offers great soundproofing and light blocking. Seventh, I've stayed twice during peak season, and the price increases were very reasonable, unlike some hotels that hike their rates ridiculously. I hope they continue to maintain this excellent quality.

The room was very clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. The complimentary late-night snack was also delicious. It's super convenient to get to the park and find great food nearby. Plus, direct subway access makes getting around a breeze.

The hardware facilities are definitely up to par, typical five-star quality (except for no bathtub). The service was also very good. However, the room's cleanliness was a bit lacking; the floor felt a bit sticky when walking barefoot. They provide a bed rail and a baby bathtub, which is great for families with kids.

This hotel is fantastic, right above the Children's Discovery Museum. It's incredibly convenient for families with kids; you can just head downstairs to play. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants inside. As a parent who needs a break, I could sit in a cafe and watch my child play in the square – it was so relaxing. The room had a lot of kids' amenities, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even children's slippers, which my child absolutely loved and took home with us.

The room is quite spacious, and the layout is very well-designed, with separate toilet and shower areas. Being on a high floor, the hotel offers expansive views. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall and a subway station, making transportation very convenient. The soundproofing is a bit lacking though; you can clearly hear noises from the hallway.

The front desk was very attentive during check-in, greeting me politely and providing excellent service. The environment was truly lovely, and my room had a large window with a great view. The facilities were complete and well-equipped, and everything felt quite new. The staff were very kind and even helped me with a late check-out. I would definitely consider staying here again.
