Hotel location to subway station was about 15 mins away. Hotel service staffs (front desk very polite, they will greet you whenever you walked in from main door and walked out from lift). Hotel room was cleaned but when we checked in the room have cigarette smell. After we closed the window the smell was slowly gone. Everything in the room was tip top and price was reasonable. I will recommend this hotel if you come to shenzen.

I love Orange hotels. This a very fresh hotel Chain. Tho this property is located in a little odd area, like an old village with very narrow streets and s lot of construction going on around .

New hotel so rooms are very clean. Friendly staff at the front counter. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. Location wise, about 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

We had a lovely stay in Orange Hotel; the facilities were new and the atmosphere was nice. Whilst all staff were friendly and approachable, particular mention needs to be given to Mr 悟 who went above and beyond to help us. It was our first stay in Shenzhen and we encountered some technical difficulties unrelated to the hotel; Mr 悟 took a lot of time out to help us with our problem (even though it was outwith his duty) and we are really grateful. He also gave great recommendations on local activity and cuisine which made for a really nice trip!

The experience was very bad. The environment around the hotel was very bad. There was construction going on, and the staff were noisy. When we checked in, we encountered the kind of person who brought strange women into the hotel. It was really indescribable. We checked in with our children for less than ten minutes and changed hotels overnight. The hotel staff said that it was too late and could not refund the money. They did not understand the situation. In short, it is not recommended.
