The environment was great, and the hotel reception lady was very kind. She even helped us upgrade to a room with a window, which made for a fantastic experience.

The lady working the night shift even helped me carry my 25kg luggage upstairs late at night (my leg was injured at the subway station, so I'm really grateful to her).
