I booked a windowless room, so I didn't have high expectations. To my surprise, the room had a projector, which made for an amazing movie-watching experience right from the bed. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Luc at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was quiet and undisturbed, making it perfect for a one-night stay. The location was easy to find and convenient for getting around.

Five out of five stars, highly recommend Atour Hotel (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications)! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the subway, making commuting super convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned, not a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding was soft and spotless. The hotel's smart robot delivered food and items, which was incredibly helpful as I didn't have to go downstairs. The most pleasant surprise was the free laundry service; after washing, the staff carefully folded my clothes and delivered them directly to my room. No need to worry about laundry while on a business trip! The facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, 10/10! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and check-in was super quick and efficient. Our room was spotless, well-lit, and had all the amenities we needed. The self-service laundry room was really convenient, and the staff were always quick to respond. Overall, it felt very welcoming and comfortable. It's definitely our top choice for accommodation when we travel – highly recommend it!

I'm on a long-term stay here, already been a month! The service is good, and breakfast is decent. The gym is a bit small, and it would be great if there was a clock in there so I could tell the time. There's also a laundry room, but no shoe washing machine. If they had that, it would be absolutely perfect! 😍

The hotel service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They offer free laundry service with dedicated staff who even dry and fold your clothes before delivering them to your room. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious taste. Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. FF

Facilities: The overall facilities pretty much meet travel needs. I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I hope some things can be improved for my next visit. Here are my suggestions: The Dyson hairdryer in the room, I don't know if it's because they're afraid guests will steal it, but it's secured in such a way that you can't even use it in front of the mirror. No matter how good a hairdryer is, if you can't use it, it's just a decoration. Second, the hotel's laundry room doesn't have a QR code to scan, meaning you have to go to the laundry room yourself to see if there are any available washing machines, which is very inconvenient. Compared to other brands like certain 'Ji' hotels, this isn't convenient enough. Third, the room curtains are the type that pull up completely, and the blackout rate is very low. After just one or two hours, the bright light starts to wake you up, which isn't ideal for rest. Environment: The surrounding area is convenient, and taking the subway is very easy. Service: The service is excellent.

Hidden gem, highly recommend! The hygiene is top-notch, with every corner spotless. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and helped me relax. The front desk staff were friendly and the check-out process was quick and easy. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's quiet despite being so convenient. Overall, amazing value for money – I had a perfect stay with no complaints whatsoever.
