Shenzhen Jiachengde Hotel (Dongmen Huangbeiling Subway Station)

The room was very large and spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's also very close to the Luohu Port, making it a highly recommended place to stay if you're heading to Hong Kong.

Quite good! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent for getting around. Great value for money.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience for my family and me when crossing the border. The room was spotless, the air was fresh with no strange odors, and all the bedding was changed for each new guest. The toiletries were all individually packaged and disposable, which made us feel safe and clean. The hotel is right next to Luohu Port, making it very convenient to go shopping or for a stroll in Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. The decor is soft and inviting, not noisy or oppressive. The front desk staff were patient and thoughtful, always ready to help promptly with any request. My family felt comfortable and at ease during our stay. It’s an excellent choice for accommodation when traveling.

I've stayed here many times. It offers great value for money, and the rooms are always clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The biggest surprise was the hotel's 24-hour self-service laundry room. After coming back from a movie at night with dirty clothes, I could just go downstairs to wash and dry them. The machines were new, and laundry detergent was provided for free, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers. Plus, the robot delivery service was super fast; my late-night takeout was delivered right to my room door, so I didn't have to go downstairs to pick it up, which made me feel very secure. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were lovely. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
