Chenduo Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port Vientiane City)

I do not recommend going here, even though it is clean. They gave us a room right next to the break room and the laundry room the whole night. It was super noisy. There were people standing outside and talking and giggling as well as really loud construction noises in the morning and when we went there to complain to the receptionist, she said the hotel is fully booked and she gave us earplugs. That means this is something that always happen. It’s just that day don’t care to solve it.

The service from the front desk was bad. Room is ok and i like the big projection tv and the bath tub was ok. However, the exterior of the building and the lobby is extremely old like an old neighbourhood. Location is ok can walk to mix C easily which is a plus. However the front desk staff was not friendly and not helpful. The breakfast was served in a plastic box with one boiled egg and a bun. Bun taste bad, egg is normal.

Good location, comfortable and clean room if a bit dark and intimidating. Smaller than expected, was given a room with no window despite booking one with. Had to change rooms due to a smokey smell in one, despite it being a non-smoking room. Stay for a night, but I wouldn’t recommend much longer than that.

I enjoyed staying here, staff were friendly, helped me with late check out as my flight was in the evening. Close to the Grand Theater metro station line 1, the mixc popular shopping area and price was good.
