如果你家庭客，千萬不要選此間，與圖片不符。
第一，日久失修，很多家俱發霉。
第二，熱水爐出水時熱時凍，沖沖下涼，突然間變好熱，一時又超凍，真係想講粗口囉！
第三，有蟑螂，有蟑螂，有蟑螂。很多台底，床底好多塵
第四，插電制甩甩地，好危險，好驚觸電死
200元都不用的客庭房，都不知是我要求太高還是什麼，平時訂200元左右的房，衛生熱水爐都不會差得去那裡，但這一間，我一定不會，絕對不會，肯定不會再訂，千萬不要訂此間酒店，衛生差到離譜。

房間很大，不壓抑，環境也很安靜，還有獨立的洗衣機，非常適合我們經常出差的。視野也很寬闊，贊一個。

地點好難找，看了店家在評論寫的描述還是找了好一陣子的路才找到。
地方是很大，但也很殘舊。
洗手間根本不是圖片看到的乾濕分離，連一塊浴簾也沒有。洗手間洗澡的位置外接一個像露台一樣的空間，但分隔兩個空間的居然不是門而是一塊布簾？！而且布簾無法完全貼合左右兩側所以是沒法洗澡的！
洗手間鏡櫃裡有活的蟑螂，差點被嚇死了。
床的旁邊還有一張用過的衛生紙。
客廳的地上有一粒不明藥丸。
真的千萬不要貪便宜。

地點近華南城地鐵站，但入口位置不好找。好不容易找到B座入口，但原來要到5樓進入C座，耗費了一段時間，基本上不微信負責人是不可能找到房間的。
單位空間感足，但設備不算好，電視收不到頻道，只有網上節目試看版。
洗手間有點點異味，清潔度一般。
如果以近三百元一晚來說，可以接受，但有點要求的就建議找第二家公寓。

第一次住公寓式的，房間還是不錯的，比較大，不像酒店那樣住的壓抑，就是有點不好找。前台小哥服務還是挺好的，贊一個！下次還會選擇這裏

我住的房間，基本上床是整潔乾淨，椅子都整潔乾淨，
可惜冷氣機出風不凍及太多塵，門鎖鬆鬆的，
床邊有多幾片地磁磚鬆脫 ，施破損沒有維修，
洗手間設施破損沒有維修。
