MGM Shenzhen

This was my first time staying at the MGM Shenzhen with my little one, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Mashu from the Guest Services Center. She proactively contacted us before check-in and thoughtfully sent us a detailed activity schedule, which made planning our trip with a child so much easier. The room we were assigned was also superb; the stunning sea view from the window was breathtaking and immediately lifted our spirits. The M Show in the evening was even more spectacular, with amazing lighting and stage effects. My child was mesmerized, excitedly waving their hands and feet throughout the entire performance. From the detailed service to the accommodation experience and the entertainment options, you can feel the hotel's dedication in every aspect. I highly recommend it to all families with children, and we'll definitely be back!

The morning sun beaming into the room gave off such a summer vibe! I made sure to snap a pic of the ambient light above the bathtub. When turned on, it hums like a submarine looking out from under the sea and even changes to three different colors. Both the Chinese, Western, and buffet meals were satisfying. Every evening featured a different M Show, with dances that had a Broadway feel. The absolute highlight, of course, was the real fire dance performance. I didn't know about it the first night, but on the second night, I honestly didn't dare sit in the front-row 'C' spot – it was dangerously hot, like being right in front of a furnace! Even on cold evenings outdoors, this hotel feels dreamy day and night. A huge shout-out to our butler, Tangyuan. Whenever I had a question or a need, she'd reply almost instantly. Her attitude was friendly and lovely, and she met all our service needs. This hotel is definitely recommended!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was initially worried about it being too crowded during the New Year's Day holiday. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff were incredibly dedicated and efficient, offering exceptionally thoughtful service. Yuanyuan and Baijing (the staff members) were truly outstanding, consistently checking in via WeChat to see if we needed any help and letting us know we could contact them anytime. The evening M show was spectacular, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It really exceeded my expectations. You can access the beach directly from the hotel, and walking on the sand by the sea was so relaxing. Plus, the room was clean and bright, the minibar was free, and you could see the blue ocean from the balcony. Enjoying a drink on the balcony sofa was incredibly comfortable. Overall, I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

This was during the New Year's Day holiday, and here are the highlights: **Service Highlights: Warmth Throughout** * From the moment we stepped out of the car, the enthusiastic concierge immediately took our luggage, signaling the start of a thoughtful experience. * Special thanks to MGM SZ from the Guest Experience team for their meticulous care throughout our stay. After learning we missed the M Show due to dinner, they proactively sent us a video of the performance. When our children's amenities were delivered a bit late, they thoughtfully offered complimentary breakfast for both kids. This proactive approach to problem-solving absolutely deserves full marks! * The omelet chef at the breakfast station, despite the crowd, remembered my disappointment at not getting an omelet. Later, he specially prepared one and delivered it to my table, even offering a polite apology. Such consideration is truly rare. **Family-Friendly Facilities: Endless Fun** * The lively performances by foreign actors in the lobby, with different themes each day, were highly interactive. * The outdoor heated pool (28℃) was a godsend in winter. The private beach had fine sand and clear water, and playing in the sand under the blue sky became the children's favorite activity. Sunbathing on MGM's iconic large lawn was also very relaxing. * The hotel's partnered photography service was quite good, and the final photos exceeded our expectations. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. **Dining Value for Money**: The dining costs were indeed on the higher side. Luckily, our package included an 800 RMB dining voucher, which helped. However, purely based on the quality of food and ingredients, there are better options at a similar price point. 2. **Room Details**: There was a slight odor upon first entering the room. The children's spaceship-shaped bed was creative, but its practicality for actual sleeping was a bit lacking. **Summary:** For families looking for a hassle-free and experience-focused stay, MGM's thoughtful and proactive service is enough to make it a warm memory. We hope for an even better experience in the summer!

The hotel was fully booked with many guests, but the service attitude was still excellent. All rooms are sea-view and beautifully decorated, clean, and odor-free. Allen provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was also very good. There's even a fire show in the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathtub came with a disposable liner, which was very convenient. Miss Cui Bobo from guest services was incredibly enthusiastic. She answered all our questions promptly, kept us updated on hotel activities, and even gave us a gift 🎁, which was a very thoughtful touch. My child said they want to come back again; the entertainment facilities are quite good.
