酒店的硬件是頂級的：房間寬敞明亮，海風送來愜意，陽光沙灘和遊樂場以及旁邊幾步路就能到的海洋公園，一應俱全；
更令人難忘的是酒店工作人員的服務：全程貼心陪伴，有問必答，響應速度非常快。中途樓層因為做了消殺，有很少一點點味道，工作人員馬上就給我們更換了房間；我們的航班晚點，工作人員也貼心地安排了延遲退房。有時候是要求還未提出，就已經提前幫我們想到了。
最後，太太很希望酒店的餐廳以及豐盛的早餐，評為這幾年來住過的酒店裡最佳餐飲。
祝美高梅越來越好，也祝工作人員工作和生活都順利如意。下次還會選擇美高梅。😄😄😄

朋友來深圳美高梅酒店想着陪朋友一起住酒店玩兒2天，剛好深圳也開了一家美高梅酒店，毫不猶豫我們就選擇了這兒。聖誕節快到了，酒店裝飾的非常的有節日的氛圍感，聖誕樹，聖誕長者，都非常的有酒店的特色，非常的適合拍照打卡，非常的出片；酒店的表演也很不錯，火舞很精彩；週末晚上酒吧還有樂隊的演出；酒店工作人員的服務都蠻不錯的，水母和小麪包都很好，微笑面客，很親切的提供了服務。這次整體的入住體驗都很好，下次有時間會和家人再回來

房間乾淨整潔，工作人員幫忙升級了高層的房間。賓客服務中心涼茶也提前安排好了房間，及時跟進需求。酒店工作人員服務都很好，海邊環境也不錯。晚上也有表演，18層的酒吧也很好。酒店餐廳很好吃～推薦

酒店非常漂亮，靠海非常近，沙灘也很美。酒店的活動安排的很緊湊，晚上活動燈火通明非常熱鬧。酒店人員服務非常熱情特別是餃子，離深圳市區比較遠，度假非常適合。早餐中規中矩，沒有深圳飲食的既視感。

第一次入住深圳美高梅，從各方面都很滿意，尤其是酒店的工作人員，泳池的救生員、保潔阿姨、自助餐廳的服務員帥哥、客服巧克力，每個人都充滿了熱情。酒店的酒吧也超級棒，那裡沒人抽煙、而且不是那種低俗坦胸露乳的駐唱，喝了一種無酒精的飲料，好好喝，各方面都完美。以後肯定會再去
