MGM Shenzhen

Staying at the MGM Shenzhen was an absolutely amazing experience, especially regarding the breakfast and kids' facilities! Breakfast runs until 11 am, which is perfect for late risers, and the variety of Chinese and Western options is incredible. The Chinese noodle bar offered delicious, flavorful soup, while Western dishes like Eggs Benedict were exquisitely prepared. The restaurant itself is spacious and bright, with an organized flow for getting food. They even thoughtfully provided congee and other supplementary foods for children, and kids under 1.2 meters eat for free – such a nice touch. The children's facilities are a lifesaver for families: the indoor Little Lion Club, outdoor family park, and the 3rd-floor Sky Family Park each offer unique fun. The heated pool is kept at a comfortable temperature for kids to play in, and the rooms come fully equipped with children's toiletries and even a dedicated sink. There are also fun activities like the M Show performance and parent-child craft classes, and the childcare service gives parents a much-needed break. Plus, your room key provides direct access to Xiaomeisha Coastal Park, letting the kids play to their hearts' content – truly a treasure trove for families with children! The service from the staff, especially Season, was excellent.

Our sea-view room was absolutely beautiful and super close to the beach. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, especially Ms. Sijidou (Four Seasons Bean), whom I really liked. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and they made sure to inform us in advance about all activities and meal times, which was great. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit!
