Staying at MGM during the May Day holiday, despite the crowds, the service was surprisingly impeccable. From the moment we walked in, every staff member greeted us proactively. After collecting our luggage, I casually asked where our room was, and a staff member immediately escorted me to the elevator and even offered to take us directly to our room. Later, when I was looking for my two kids in the lobby after getting off the elevator, a staff member, noticing my demeanor, approached me proactively and asked, 'Sir, what can I do for you?' Their attentiveness was exceptional, and their service awareness was top-notch. Even when busy, staff at every post displayed a focused, 'flow' state in their work, and their overall demeanor exuded professionalism. The most surprising thing was that even with so many people, the beach loungers were still clean, towels were constantly replenished, and cleaning staff were continuously circulating, ensuring trash was quickly removed. Although there was a short wait for the buffet, the serving areas remained tidy, and plates were cleared promptly. The crowds were an objective reality, but the service team was consistently on point throughout, ensuring guests never felt neglected. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xiaomeisha.

This was my first time staying at the MGM in Shenzhen, and it happened to be my child's birthday. The hotel's arrangements were incredibly thoughtful. Not only did they decorate the room, but they also sent two small cakes 🍰, creating such a lovely atmosphere! Throughout the day, there were various shows and activities, as well as many lively hotel 'NPCs' (staff). Both my kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave, and they've already said they want to stay at the 'Little Lion Hotel' again next time!

A big shout-out to our butler, Cici! 🌟 This stay was absolutely fantastic, hassle-free and heartwarming from booking to check-out. 🥰 💁‍♀️ Our butler Cici was amazing: She proactively communicated our needs, responded instantly, and provided attentive follow-ups throughout our stay. She thoughtfully reminded us about hotel activities, showing great detail and professionalism. She was as considerate as a friend, elevating our experience significantly. 💯 🌊 The facilities were incredible: Unobstructed, first-line sea views. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the blue sea and sky. The room was luxurious yet understated, smart, and convenient. The bedding was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep, making for a truly immersive vacation experience!

Staying at MGM Shenzhen for a few days was truly excellent value for money! The front desk staff, with a gentle tone, introduced everything to us during check-in and proactively arranged a room with a fantastic sea view. After finishing the procedures, we also got a full rundown on breakfast times, pool hours, and mshow schedules, which was a very thoughtful and 'anticipatory service' that really warmed my heart. The housekeeping service impressed me just as much. Every day when I returned to the room, I'd find delightful little surprises: charging cables neatly coiled, a glasses cloth placed under my glasses, and even shirts I'd casually tossed on the sofa folded into tidy little squares. Clothes left scattered by the bed were all neatly folded. The views are great, the room is great, and the service is even better. With three kids' clubs and two swimming pools, it perfectly balances dining and entertainment! The breakfast even includes a very down-to-earth jianbing guozi, and they thoughtfully offer two options: with or without cilantro! This kind of understated attentiveness, more than any hardware, makes me want to come back again.

As a brand-new landmark in the Xiaomeisha area, it redefines Shenzhen's coastal resort aesthetic with its vibrant ocean-inspired design and the prestigious heritage of Diaoyutai MGM. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the magnificent sea view burst through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. I stayed in a **Deluxe Seaview Room**, a spacious 50-square-meter-plus space where the elegant combination of original wood and deep-sea blue felt incredibly sophisticated. The expansive balcony framed the **180-degree uninterrupted sea view** into a dynamic masterpiece. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves in the morning and watching the sunset paint the sea red in the evening – this sense of relaxation, sleeping with the waves in a city, is truly a luxury. "Entertainment that moves you" is part of MGM's brand DNA, and the experience here goes far beyond just relaxing. The most impressive features were the direct access to the beach and the outdoor heated infinity pool. Although it was a bit cool in early summer, gazing at the sea instantly soothed my mind and body. In the evening, the **"M Show"**, straight from Las Vegas, captivated us outdoors with fire acrobatics and dazzling light effects, igniting the coastal night – it's an enthusiasm unique to MGM. However, the luxury hardware is just the foundation; the real warmth comes from the service. The day before my arrival, "Peacock 🦚" from the guest experience department contacted me via WeChat to discuss my needs. Everything, from a bed rail for my child to beach slippers, was meticulously arranged. At breakfast in the Feast restaurant, the combination of Eggs Benedict and authentic Cantonese dim sum was a delightful culinary experience. At MGM Shenzhen, both the facilities and the heartfelt service truly deserve a five-star rating. It's not just about luxurious hardware, but also the gentle service that touches your heart. This wasn't just a stay; it was a magnificent memory of the ocean, art, and love. I will definitely return for our next anniversary.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the beach is beautiful with incredibly fine sand! It's directly facing the entire bay, offering fantastic views! Absolutely stunning scenery! The guest experience team is very enthusiastic, attentive, and professional. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's a perfect hotel for family trips!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each experience has been consistently good. The overall management is very well-organized, with great attention to detail in all aspects. The rooms are clean, odor-free, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service is exceptionally personalized; the staff member 'Shengcai' was very friendly, responsible, and quick to help with any requests. The hotel is perfect for relaxation. The food is also delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. Overall, there were no downsides; the attentive service, reliable hygiene, and comfortable environment made for an excellent overall experience. It's my top choice for travel and vacation accommodation, and I'll definitely be back!

Facilities: No complaints there. This is our second year in a row coming here, and the facilities are still new and well-loved by the kids. Environment: The hotel environment is top-tier in the area, truly excellent. Service: Apart from the gentleman at the front desk during check-in who seemed a bit unfamiliar – quoting breakfast at 500+ and not mentioning the reduced deposit – which made the check-in process take too long. I'd like to give special praise to the staff member in the picture. They were very enthusiastic and helpful while my child was playing in the hotel area!

The hotel is conveniently located, easily accessible by car or subway. The hardware facilities are excellent: the lobby is grand and opulent, and the guest rooms offer beautiful views. The swimming pool, beach, gym equipment, and children's facilities are all comprehensive and well-maintained. A thoughtful touch in the gym is the bottled water and towels placed next to the equipment. Hotel service is also very attentive, from the doorman to the front desk check-in, and from room service to entertainment performances, everyone is well-trained. The pool lifeguards constantly monitor the children's safety, which is very reassuring. The travel photography service included in our package was an unexpected delight; the photographer was professional, and the photo selection assistant was patient and considerate. The M Show performers put on an energetic and spectacular performance, definitely worth watching with the whole family. Dining options are abundant and of very high quality. Dishes like crayfish, abalone rice porridge, and coconut are all quite distinctive. Apart from the first three, everything else was available in unlimited, timely supply. It's a shame my capacity was limited, so I couldn't try everything. A special shout-out to Ms. Zongzi from guest experience, who was incredibly helpful, actively assisting us and providing全程 tracking service throughout our stay. She offered many conveniences and contributed greatly to a wonderful travel experience.
