The B&B service was great! The food and snacks provided were decent. However, the environment and facilities were quite different from what was advertised. The exterior walls looked old, and the dirty windows somewhat affected the overall experience. The room's cleanliness was fine, but it was a bit small, and the soundproofing was quite poor. The B&B has a quiet and unique environment. The owner's service was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was nutritious with a good balance of meat and vegetables. The bathroom had a smart toilet, and the shower water pressure was excellent. It was also easy to catch a taxi. Afternoon tea was provided, and each floor had a viewing terrace with great views. Perfect mountain retreat for a weekend getaway. We chose a room on the third floor which had a large private terrace and outdoor tub. There common areas on each of the three floors where you can choose to have breakfast or dinner as an add-on. We chose to have coconut chicken on the first night and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The staff were friendly and attentive even before arriving at the hotel. There are a few activities within 15 minutes by car and the staff were helpful in providing recommendations.

Excellent experience! The front desk staff were very responsible and provided great service. Parking is convenient right outside the entrance. The room itself is stunning, and it's lovely when the sunlight streams in.

The overall experience was not as we expected. It’s not bad, but not good for the price. The water pressure of the shower isn’t strong enough, and the mattress is hardest I’ve ever slept in China. The bathroom was really dark and the humidity is high in the room. The bathtub was still wet when we checked in. The best part of the hotel is the chicken hotpot dinner which we purchased. Very nice of them to prepare a birthday surprise, overall attentive and good service. Not much to do on property, small space.

Loved the spacious balcony and the lobby. The sunset views were absolutely stunning! The welcome fruit was a nice touch, and it was great to order a small hotpot in the evening while watching shows. The owner even let us choose where we wanted to dine, and all the cups, bowls, and dishes were quite exquisite.

The hot tub was incredibly relaxing, especially with the forest right outside. After a good soak, I felt completely refreshed. I loved that the hotel even grows organic vegetables and fruits outdoors; they were bursting with ripeness this season, which was such a lovely and wholesome sight. We had a really pleasant time at Han valley. It’s a serene place, very tidy and clean as well. The housekeepers are very nice & helpful too, would definitely recommend!

Our butler, Cherry, was incredibly attentive, and paid attention to so many thoughtful little details. The breakfast was bountiful with high-quality ingredients, and everyone's needs were met. The scenery in the valley is beautiful, and the room decor is very tastefully done.

A beautiful escape from the city🥰🥰🥰 The service was amazing, I was treated like a princess. The room was spacious and very clean. I was mainly there for content but will have to return to relax and enjoy myself.
