Hongfan International Hotel (Shenzhen Hongqiao Park Guangming City Subway Station Branch)

The stay was great. The hotel room was spotless and clean. They have a self-service laundry and a 24-hour gym. Room 001, a staff member, helped us upgrade to a room with a large bay window, which offered a wide view.

Five-star review! The hotel ambiance is elegant, and the room has good lighting and ventilation, with excellent cleanliness. The soundproofing is great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Front desk staff member 006 was very efficient during check-in and provided attentive and thoughtful service. The location is superb, making travel convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is quiet, and the rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. The hygiene is good. All facilities are decent. The service is warm and prompt. They even upgraded my room type, which was a nice bonus. It's also a convenient 10-minute walk to Hongqiao Park.

The view outside the room was very nice, and the hotel's close proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly easy. Overall, everything was fantastic. The memory foam pillow was quite comfortable, and the hotel's location was decent. We had a minor issue after checking in, but the front desk manager handled it very well. Thumbs up! 👍

Late checkout until 3 PM (subject to availability): Excellent! The service was thoughtful, and we received a free upgrade. Room 006 (presumably a staff member or a specific request system) was very responsive to our needs. It's not far from the surrounding shopping malls and the science museum, but you'll probably still need a taxi, which is convenient. Both the elderly and children were very satisfied.

The room was larger than I expected and exceptionally clean, with no strange odors. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a very refreshing sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were good quality with plenty of hot water. The soundproofing in the room was decent; it was quiet at night, so I rested very well. All the staff had excellent service attitudes – warm but not overly intrusive, and they responded quickly to any requests. I was completely satisfied with the cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities. It offers great value for money, and I had a comfortable and worry-free stay. When I needed to send a package at checkout, Front Desk staff 008 proactively helped me. I'm so grateful! This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.
