All Season Hotel (Shenzhen Guangming City Station Store)

The front desk staff, Yunfei, provided excellent service. The hotel is clean and the facilities are very new. It's also super convenient for getting around, with the metro and high-speed rail stations just a few hundred meters away. There are many small parks around the hotel with great greenery. I'll definitely consider booking here again whether I'm in Shenzhen for business or leisure.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located near both the subway and high-speed rail, making transportation very easy.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and it has a small balcony. It's very close to the high-speed train station, which made it convenient to take the kids to the Science Museum, only about a 10-minute walk. The front desk lady was also very nice. Five-star rating!

The room was very clean. The environment was great, and the service attitude was also good.

The hotel's location felt like it was at the very end of the hotel chain, near Guangming Station, so taking the train and subway would be convenient, but it's still at the very end. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cleanliness: The room seemed clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection: 1. There was a small urine stain (very yellow) on the toilet seat. 2. There was a small yellow stain on the corner of the sink. 3. The sofa was very itchy when I sat down. 4. The floor was also very itchy when I stood on it, and my ankles had obvious red bumps from flea bites. 5. The sheets were slightly itchy, but it was tolerable with the air conditioning on high. This was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel, and the experience was 80% bad. I thought the brand was decent for the price, but my expectations were high, which only amplified my disappointment. The dirty conditions were already very uncomfortable and made me feel nauseous; I don't want to take any more pictures.

The receptionist, Xiao Niu, provided excellent service. The hotel was very clean and the service was very attentive.

The room was tall with a great view of the towering buildings of Shenzhen, a young city. It was very close to the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient for business trips. Although it was near the train station, the soundproofing was good, and I wasn't woken up at night. The robot delivery service brought food upstairs quickly and promptly, and the front desk staff were all very nice.
