The service was great, and they even included breakfast. It really pays to stay at a chain hotel. I'll also share some pictures of the nearby scenery.

This hotel is quite convenient for reaching Luohu Port, the train station, and taking the metro to Dameisha Beach. It's a straight 500-meter walk from Gangxia Metro Exit A, and there's Gangxia Village along the way, an urban village where you can grab a quick meal and buy fruit. Overall, it offers good value for money, is relatively clean, and the service attitude is also fine. The only thing is that my room was in a corner, and I'd suggest adding Velcro or something similar to the curtain edges to block out more light, as it currently leaks quite a bit.

The room felt a little small, but the overall service and facilities were quite good. I asked if I could have a late check-out and it was no problem at all. They even offer a laundry service where you can leave a note and the staff will wash and dry your clothes for you, and even deliver them to your door. Everything was great; you could just ask for whatever you needed. I highly recommend this place.

I chose this hotel for a business trip because of its convenient location. However, on the night I checked in, I discovered a 'surprise package' (as shown in the picture). I immediately called the front desk to inspect it and insisted on changing rooms. Fortunately, they responded promptly and arranged a new room for me. They said they would report it to their manager for follow-up, but nothing happened afterward. Also, the breakfast selection was extremely limited. I'll have to seriously reconsider staying here again in the future.

I pre-selected my room on the app, and upon arrival, I just picked up my room card. The whole process took less than two minutes. Check-out was even simpler: just drop the room card at the front desk and leave. The invoice is electronic, so I could access it anytime after leaving, which was perfect for catching an early flight without any delays. **Room and Workspace:** The room wasn't huge, but it was well-designed. The desk was wide enough, and the soundproofing was good; I could hear people talking in the hallway, but couldn't make out what they were saying, ensuring a good night's sleep. **Bathroom and Details:** The hot water came quickly and the water pressure was strong, which was a great stress reliever for a quick shower when I was in a rush in the morning. The toiletries were from CHANDO, with a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The bath towels were fluffy and clean, with no strange odors. The hairdryer had enough power to dry long hair quickly. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Sometimes there was a wait when it was busy, but the hotel was very thoughtful; they provided sticky notes and pens in the laundry room so you could write your room number and put it in a bag. Staff would then follow up to wash, dry, and hang your clothes back on your room door. This service was both thorough and discreet – a detail truly worth praising! **Summary of a two-night stay:** The service was attentive, and they tried their best to meet all guest needs. Given its location, the hotel offers excellent value for money. The price might be discounted, but the service certainly isn't. A highly recommended hotel!

The lobby's fragrance is lovely, and the decor is simple yet elegant with soft lighting, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. ✨ Facilities and Service: The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, and the toiletries had a fresh scent, not that cheap, artificial fragrance. I particularly want to praise the room's view – it was superb, with a green vista outside the window! The amenities are very business-traveler-friendly: a desk, plenty of power outlets, stable WiFi, and reliable air conditioning and hot water. It made catching up on emails in the room a breeze. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing; once the door was closed, noise from the hallway and the street barely entered, ensuring a good night's sleep – a top priority for any business traveler. The breakfast was a definite bonus. Both Western and Chinese options were available, including Chinese hot congee and side dishes, a noodle station, and Western bread, eggs, milk, and coffee. The made-to-order stations were a thoughtful touch, with aromatic coffee and delicious hot food. Their local specialty beef ball kway teow and wonton noodles were particularly authentic and delicious, setting a wonderful tone for the entire day. Overall, this is a hidden gem that combines aesthetics, comfort, and excellent service. The value for money is outstanding, and it will absolutely be my first choice when I visit this city again!

Downstairs, there's a popular snack shop where locals queue up, and in the evening, you can stroll around and grab dinner, then wander through the night market to digest. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the ambiance. Warm yellow lighting, a faint woody scent, and the front desk lady had a super sweet smile. Seeing us with our big bags, she proactively helped with our luggage and arranged our room in advance. The check-in process took less than three minutes, full of efficiency. Compared to other hotels of similar price and class in the area, this one excels in cleanliness, environment, service, and amenities, offering incredibly high value for money. I had absolutely no complaints throughout my stay. It's suitable for business trips, short tours, or impromptu stays.
