MANNSIC Hotel (Shenzhen Shekou Sea World Subway Station)

This hotel is conveniently located about 100 meters from Sea World Metro Station Exit A, right next to Sea World Plaza. The main entrance is on a side street, and the lobby is on the fourth floor. There's another guesthouse upstairs that's a bit cheaper, but the interior decor isn't as good. I used to stay at the Xlong Hotel across the street, which was about 25% more expensive, and the amenities were pretty similar. I stumbled upon this place online, and the rooms looked interesting, so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. The two ladies at the front desk were very polite, and there were complimentary drinks next to the service counter, though I didn't try them. The room was quite clean and tidy. The washbasin, toilet, and shower are all separate, which is a nice touch and keeps things neat. The window overlooks the plaza, which was lively at night. Being only on the 4th floor, the restaurant's constant P.A. announcements for diners went on until about 11:30 PM before it quieted down. However, I'd imagine rooms on the other side of the hallway, next to the restaurant's exhaust vents, might be quite noisy (just my guess). All sorts of restaurants, eateries, cafes, and bars are right on your doorstep, and attractions like the Minghua Ship and the musical fountain are only about 100 meters away. Overall, the price is reasonable, transportation is convenient, and the service is good. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is nearby. A great option for a weekend getaway.

This is my go-to place for a vacation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there's everything you need nearby, enough to keep you busy for a couple of days. The front desk staff were very polite. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I visit this area two or three times a month.

Our stay at MANNSIC Hotel was fantastic, and I genuinely want to leave a glowing review. We stayed as a family (my husband, two children, and myself), and the family room 8420 was incredibly spacious. The separate toilet and shower, along with the double vanity, made it very convenient for a family, and we all felt incredibly comfortable. The room was located right in front of the guest elevators and was the first room past the lobby, making its location exceptionally convenient. Although it was near the lobby and elevators, and directly above the Sea World tourist area with many restaurants and a Christmas market, which meant plenty of visitors, it barely affected my light sleep. The soundproofing was truly excellent, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel entrance is at the back of the main building. Initially, I expected it to be rather ordinary, but I was immediately impressed upon reaching the 4th floor. The lobby was clean, tidy, and very well-designed, offering complimentary cold drinks and hot tea. The comfortable sofa area, complete with charging stations on the tables, was very guest-friendly. The hotel also provides free washing machines and dryers for guests, as well as power banks for rent, showing great attention to detail – a huge plus for families traveling with children. The location is simply unbeatable – stepping downstairs immediately leads to Exit A of the Sea World Metro Station. The entire street is lined with BBQ restaurants, the famous Chicken Pot Hotpot, McDonald's, bubble tea shops, 7-Eleven, and even a cruise ship that can be visited for free, which houses many shops. This was novel and meaningful for the children, making it a wonderful parent-child experience. Just one street away, there are even more restaurants, 'Cha Ji' (a popular tea shop), and a shopping mall, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient. Overall, this was a very meaningful family trip and accommodation experience. I sincerely appreciate MANNSIC Hotel's dedicated management; you are doing an excellent job, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The whole-house audio system was truly impressive and made for a more comfortable sleep. It's worth noting that due to Christmas, there might be construction noise in the square at night (though I didn't actually hear any). The hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs, and the staff, both at check-in and check-out, reminded me and asked about the situation. They are truly an exceptional group of employees.

The hotel experience was fantastic, exceeding my expectations! The facilities are new, and the room even came with a guitar and a white noise CD player. The hygiene was excellent; the room was very clean. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided great service. The environment was cozy, and the hallways were quiet. The hotel's location is right in the heart of the Sea World scenic area, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby!

Completely exceeded my expectations! My friends and I were traveling in Shenzhen, and I chose this place because of its great location and affordable price, thinking it would be just an average hotel. But I was so pleasantly surprised when we checked in! There's a guitar, a sound system, and the room is clean and tidy. Most importantly, the service is absolutely superb. They even upgraded our room on the second day. Definitely worth staying here!!!!!
