I really have to rave about the Black Forest Gatu Hotel! I brought my child to Shenzhen this time, and I originally booked it without much thought, but it turned out to be the biggest surprise of our trip. We stayed in a forest king room. While it wasn't a huge suite, the details truly won this mom over. The room had a fairy-tale forest theme, with very soothing colors, and the bedding was printed with adorable cartoon animals. My child gasped with delight as soon as we entered – it was such a pleasant surprise. I give full marks for cleanliness. The carpet was spotless, and for a family-friendly hotel, having no strange odors is incredibly important. The bedding was very soft, and it was so quiet in the mountains at night that both my child and I had a full night's sleep. The hotel was very thoughtful; they not only prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers in advance, but also had a small toilet seat and a step stool, easily solving the problem of my child not being able to reach the sink, freeing up this mom's hands. Because it's primarily a family-focused hotel, the public facilities are truly top-notch. The outdoor pool and water park were clean and great for photos, and there's also an indoor kids' play area. My child had so much fun here that they didn't want to leave, constantly saying, "Mommy, I want to stay another day!" Oh, and when we checked out, the front desk attendant even gave us a small souvenir, which made my child incredibly happy. Overall, if you're looking for a place to 'drop off the kids' and relax, this place is really great!

My stay at the The Castle Hotel Shenzhen was fantastic. The hotel has a strong German Black Forest theme, and the architecture and garden landscaping create a wonderful atmosphere – perfect for photos. It's located right next to the scenic area, which made getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room was tidy and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet during my entire stay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

This is truly a fantastic place for a family vacation, absolutely impeccable from start to finish. I called two days in advance and asked the hotel to set up a baby crib and bathtub in the room beforehand, as my baby was too young for a potty. So thoughtful! They also put a bed guard around the large bed, which was incredibly considerate and showed great attention to detail. The room service was very prompt, and the room was meticulously cleaned. It was fully themed for families with children, and the cleanliness was flawless. The highlight was that the room had a children's stool, a wooden rocking horse, children's slippers, and other children's amenities. They really thought of everything for families traveling with kids. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a wide variety of fresh dishes that tasted great! When checking in, they gave us a small gift and introduced us to local attractions. Such meticulous service, it was superb. There's also a huge outdoor swimming pool, which is very convenient. You can play right after breakfast. The hotel also has a kids' club, so I could finally relax and not worry about entertaining the little one. I genuinely recommend it to everyone! It was an absolutely wonderful stay!

We specifically chose it for its huge kids' playground and spacious children's restaurant. Traveling with kids meant I didn't have to follow them everywhere; the children played independently, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy the scenery. The family-friendly amenities are incredibly practical – full marks for that! The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in efficiently and meticulously. They thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions and routes, and immediately offered us warm Luo Han Guo tea upon arrival. These little details really warmed our hearts. Our room was impeccably clean, bright, and tidy throughout. The hotel specializes in cozy family rooms, and they truly put thought into it, with soft mattresses and even buckwheat pillows. Toiletries and children's exclusive amenities were all provided. The self-service laundry room was available all day, making short trips stress-free for changing clothes. The leisure facilities were diverse and plentiful, featuring two outdoor pools with fun water slides, and staff even explained how to use them. The temperature was perfect for the kids to splash around. The indoor children's playground was very engaging, making it easy to keep the kids entertained. The hotel is also next to a popular mini-train, which offered great photo opportunities. The 40-minute ride was scenic and beautiful. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including noodles and even the famous Yantian rice rolls – a great value! In the morning, we took a leisurely stroll along the mountain trail to Tea Creek Valley Scenic Area, where the mountain breeze was refreshing, offering an immersive experience with nature. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it to all parents!

From our room, we had a great view of the huge pool and kids' play area on the first floor. The breakfast at the restaurant was extensive, with plenty of juice and coffee. There's also a lobby bar, perfect for relaxing. Plus, there's a giant map that makes it easy to plan two full days of fun around here.

Facilities: The hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool, another pool, and a slide. This season is perfect for kids to play in the water. The kids' club is a lifesaver for parents with children – excellent. There's also a miniature train nearby, which I heard is a popular photo spot. Environment: The hotel is located on a mountain, offering fresh air and a feeling of being embraced by nature. Waking up in the morning and taking a walk creates a wonderful ambiance. I recommend this hotel for families with children; it's definitely a good experience.

We had a lot of luggage, and a security guard proactively helped us with it when we got out of the car. The front desk staff patiently helped us plan our two-day itinerary, clearly explaining the timing and location for each attraction. The service was genuinely excellent. Our room was conveniently located near the elevator, making it easy to get around. The room was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail regarding hygiene. The facilities and amenities were excellent and fully functional; the air conditioning was powerful, and the hot water was just right. It was a great choice. The restaurant even provided a baby chair for our meal, which was incredibly thoughtful.
