Nice hotel. It provides free shuttle bus to the Bao'an International airport which took about 15 minutes.

I stayed for a short time but everything was fine!
I was able to use the shuttle bus to the airport and even though they don't speak English we were able to communicate just fine.

The best hotel to rest. I found my room clean. The details like the massage chair was a nice surprise. The furnishings are new. The staff does not speak English, however they used a translator and our conversation flowed. During the night one of the girls at the front desk was very kind and helped me with a problem I had with my luggage, so in attention they are 5 stars also The guy who attended me in the morning, scheduled a late check out.
The only thing is that the transfer from the airport to the hotel is timed. I was never able to communicate with the driver to arrange the pick-up. For the return trip it was easier

Great service and friendly staffs. Breakfast was very good as well, lots of choices. Love the Airport pick up and drop off service, very convenient. Hotel is very close to the Airport, so is a bit out of the way to go into town. Metro is about 1 km walk. But our room comes with a big massage chair, which is a great way to recover your fatigue of travelling

The hotel room is well equipped with a massage chair and foot bath tub. The room is clean and peaceful. There is also free airport shuttle.
