Shenzhen North Railway Station East Plaza Atour Light Hotel

The front desk lady was beautiful, spoke softly, and had a great attitude – this 5-star review is for her! Of course, the environment was also good, and it's close to the high-speed rail station; the entrance to the station is right downstairs.

The service here is absolutely superb! There are lots of SpongeBob-themed touches, which is fun. It's super convenient – just a 5-minute walk directly to the station entrance. Breakfast is advertised to start at 7:00 AM, but you can actually get food by 6:50 AM, which is fantastic for those of us catching an early high-speed train. The staff's service attitude is excellent. If you order takeout, a robot even delivers it right to your room door! The only minor issue I had was finding the hotel's main entrance. I took a taxi and ended up at the back entrance. However, their staff were great; they immediately added me on WeChat and video called me to guide me to the main entrance and open the door for me. Overall, a very positive experience.

The location is fantastic! After exiting Shenzhen North High-Speed Rail Station from Exit A2, head to the right where there's a food court. Take the escalator next to it, and you'll find the hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleaning auntie was also very kind. I've stayed at many Atour Hotels before and they've always been good. This was my first time at a Light Inn by Atour Group, and it was surprisingly good. There are also many great dining options nearby. Although the room might be a bit small, it's still a really nice choice for convenient access to the high-speed rail and subway.

The hotel is right next to Shenzhen North Station, less than a ten-minute walk, which is super convenient for taking the high-speed rail. The hotel rooms are relatively new, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is just average, and the hotel is quite a distance from the parking lot.

① The hotel's location is excellent, making it the top choice for an overnight stay when transferring at Shenzhen North. After arriving at Shenzhen North Station, take exit A2 (East), and you'll see an escalator on your right. Go up and cross the connecting bridge, and you'll spot the hotel – it's very easy to find. ② The front desk staff also provided excellent service. They called me in advance to explain how to quickly reach the hotel from the station, which was very thoughtful. ③ The room I was given was very quiet. Even though it's close to the station, the double-glazed windows effectively blocked out almost all the noise, allowing for a good night's rest. (The hotel also provides sleeping earplugs). ④ While the room might be a bit smaller compared to hotels in the city center, its layout is well-designed, clean, and tidy. For us, traveling with kids during the holidays and not wanting to rush for a train the next day, we were very satisfied. (You don't even have to worry about getting wet if it rains when going from the hotel to the station entrance, haha). ⑤ The hotel is right above a subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. If you don't have much time, you can visit Longhua One Place World nearby for the kids (take Metro Line 4 towards Niuhu, get off at Longhua Station, exit A – it's only 4 stops away). It's very convenient for a one-stop shopping, dining, and entertainment experience.

I timed it, and after breakfast, checking out, walking to Shenzhen North Station, clearing security, and reaching the boarding gate, it all took 15 minutes! It's incredibly convenient. The hotel is located on the right escalator after exiting the station, with clear signs. The staff are exceptionally polite! The room was clean, and the air was fresh. The toiletries looked trustworthy and safe to use. Some mentioned the room was small, but I found it perfectly fine. They also have a Spongebob stamp, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was decent! It's not expensive, especially considering how much pricier things are at North Station itself!

For business trips, staying above an airport or train station is always the most convenient. This stay was indeed very convenient and a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located right above a subway station and a high-speed rail station, fulfilling all kinds of travel needs. You can take the high-speed rail to West Kowloon to go to Hong Kong, or take the subway directly to Futian Port for customs clearance to Lok Ma Chau. The robot service and food delivery were also excellent. I especially liked the decor on the third floor right after stepping out of the elevator. The staff were very diligent, responsible, and enthusiastic. I hope they can maintain this standard, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This stay was a perfect 100%! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were gentle and efficient with check-in. The room was meticulously cleaned, odor-free, with complete and well-functioning facilities and consistent hot water. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the hygiene standards are very high. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to go shopping or dining. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making everything feel comfortable and worth recommending to everyone! Most importantly, it's only about 100 meters from Exit A2 of the North Station East Plaza and also about 100 meters from the station entrance, which is incredibly convenient.
