The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. The sleeping pod's location is perfect, right above the departure level, which is super convenient.

It was quite clean, and I got a solid two hours of sleep, which really helped relieve my fatigue. I think it's great, and I'll definitely come back to rest here again if I need to.

This place was great for an overnight stay at the airport. It's located on the 2F arrivals level, close to the restrooms and a Lawson convenience store. They've replaced the beds with chairs, but these are electric and recline fully, making them quite comfortable to lie down on. The rooms have open ceilings and exhaust fans, so it never feels stuffy. Light sleepers might notice some ambient noise, but for heavy sleepers like me, it's not an issue – I fell asleep instantly, haha! I even left my e-pen in the room, and after reporting a lost item, the staff quickly checked, found it, and immediately helped me arrange for it to be mailed. Much appreciated!

The space is tiny; there's no actual bed, just a pull-out sofa. But when you fully extend the sofa, you have to get out from the side, and the space is so cramped that any movement of the sofa causes it to squeak against the wall. 🥹

Arrived at the airport in the early morning, was super tired and just wanted to get some sleep, but it was incredibly noisy. Even earplugs didn't help.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and even got me a blanket. There's a skylight, so you can ask the front desk for an eye mask. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. Overall, it's quite convenient, and close to the departure area.
