My stay at Intercity Hotel Huaqiangbei was absolutely fantastic! The room facilities are very new, and the smart curtains open up to stunning city views. The thermostatic shower always had the perfect water temperature, making for really comfortable showers, and the memory foam mattress ensured I got a good night's sleep every single day. The staff were warm and thoughtful; seeing that I was traveling with elderly family members, they proactively helped carry our luggage to the room and even recommended some light restaurants suitable for older guests. The hotel environment is clean and tidy; the lobby's fragrance was delightful, and the thick carpets in the hallway meant you couldn't hear any footsteps. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous, with even the smallest crevices wiped sparkling clean. The location is superb, making it convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

I had a very satisfying stay here. The decor is modern and stylish, and the staff are warm and efficient. I stayed in a double room with my son, and the most convenient feature was the separate toilet and shower, both with frosted glass doors, so they didn't disturb each other. The entire bathroom was behind the bedroom, so if I needed to get up at night, turning on the light wouldn't disturb the other person's sleep. The room's curtains provided excellent blackout, making the room completely dark once the lights were off, ensuring a good night's sleep. Customer service proactively asked about my experience, and when they learned I didn't like high pillows, they brought me a buckwheat pillow and a memory foam pillow to choose from. The restaurant is elegant and stylish, offering both Chinese and Western food that was delicious and varied daily. I especially loved the black pepper pork chop and chicken chop, which were crispy, tender, and juicy. The quality of the vegetables was also very high. The restaurant is connected to a sky garden, making it very pleasant for breakfast or an afternoon tea chat with friends. Transportation is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside and the Huaqiangbei business district just across the street, making shopping and getting around easy. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is truly prime – within walking distance to the Huaqiangbei commercial area, which was super convenient whether for exploring electronics markets for business collaborations or trying out local eateries. The nearby subway stations provide excellent connectivity, making it easy to reach other parts of Shenzhen. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and spotless, and the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned with no odors. Even small, often-overlooked items like the remote control and light switches were sparkling clean. The common areas were also neat and tidy, with no clutter. The room's facilities were complete and highly functional. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was amazing – once the window was closed, I couldn't hear any outside noise. The air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly, and the high-speed WiFi was great for streaming or working without any lag. Thoughtful details like charging outlets and a mini-fridge were also much appreciated. The service was exceptionally heartwarming. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff kindly informed me about local traffic regulations and ongoing events in the commercial area. Whenever I had a request, the staff responded quickly with a friendly and professional attitude. The breakfast selection was also rich, with plenty of hot dishes and pastries, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting great. The value for money is truly unbeatable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

The location was excellent, making travel and shopping very convenient with well-developed surrounding amenities. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep.

A newly renovated five-star hotel with an excellent location. The two tall buildings make it very recognizable. It's clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. They even provided complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack (which tasted quite good). The only minor drawback was the lingering smell from the renovation, but they quickly arranged for an air purifier, and also sent fresh fruit, milk, and a souvenir gift. Their attitude was sincere, and their recovery was prompt. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
