I stay at this hotel every time I come to Shenzhen. It's cheap and affordable, hehehe. There's a 7FRESH supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient, and there's also a swimming pool nearby, wow wow wow wow.

The front desk service was excellent, check-in was efficient, there was free hot water in the lobby, and 24-hour self-service laundry was available. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was plentiful, and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. Overall, it was a very good hotel.

Terrible review! The hotel is newly renovated, and while it looks new on the surface (and only on the surface), it's actually made with all inferior materials. The formaldehyde smell is overwhelming, and there's still residual putty everywhere that hasn't been cleaned properly. The renovation looks rushed, and the details are extremely sloppy. The guy in the tie who's a bit too tall is really annoying; he's indifferent and only gives half-hearted replies. His attitude is very problematic. These positive reviews are all fake!
