Quanji Hotel – Shenzhen Keyuan Science Park, near Shenda South Metro Station

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The facilities are brand new, the service is great, and the cleanliness is top-notch. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast. We actually stayed here again after our trip to Jiesha, and they also have a laundry room, which was really helpful for washing our dirty clothes right away. Overall, it's a very good hotel, highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very clean. Everything looked new, and communicating with the front desk was very easy.

The service was terrible. There was no welcome at check-in or check-out. Staff were just messing around and laughing while we came and went. I always thought Ji Hotel was a business-oriented hotel. This was my first time in Shenzhen, and it left a really bad impression.

The service was very thoughtful. They proactively offered breakfast vouchers for our stay with a child and extended our check-out time. They also promptly reminded us about a charger we left in the room.

The hotel was just renovated, so the facilities are quite new and modern. The only downside was that there was still some renovation going on inside the hotel, and when I got back to my room, I noticed a slight smell. However, after turning on the air conditioning, I didn't notice it anymore. Overall, it was okay, mainly because it's close to the company I was visiting for work.

Upgrading to a higher room category gives you a view of the Tencent headquarters across the street, which is a nice touch.
