The service staff are polite and very accommodating to our request for late check out and helped us to freeze our foods.
The room is clean and well stocked.
Location is great. It is connected to Raffles City and MRT station.

I stayed here for 4 days and no complaints. Service was friendly! One of the receptionists are able to speak English, so it’s super useful for foreigners traveling to Shenzhen. The room was clean and had a really nice shower. Only issue was that I couldn’t find the breakfast area. Overall good experience.

I came to stay in Shenzhen for a short work trip. The staff were extremely helpful, and went above and beyond in their work. The rooms were extremely spacious, well lit and comfortable. I would happily stay again.
