I book this apartment hotel every time I come to Shenzhen. The service is attentive. The customer service helped me turn on the air conditioner before coming. The environment is very hygienic and clean, and the transportation is convenient. This place is worth recommending. I have stayed in so many hotels and this is the best.

It's concave and very hard, and it feels like a bed for the elderly. The door is difficult to open, even after entering the password many times. How come there is such a weird hotel apartment? Service: Very poor. There seems to be only one front desk and only one aunt. She was slow to respond and asked the aunt to change the sheets. She refused to do so and had to report to the leader.
