Rezen Donggu Hotel (Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Fuxing Metro Station)

The hotel's location is great, right outside the subway station. There's a large mall near the subway, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel itself has many rooms and even offers robot delivery for meals. The check-in window is also quite long; you can check in as early as 10 AM, and check-out is normally at 2 PM, which is better than a lot of other hotels. The only downside is that there's only one elevator. My room was upgraded for free, but it felt a bit poorly maintained. Many of the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, and the shower area didn't have a door. When showering, you could vaguely see a fleshy outline from the room, which compromised privacy a bit.

The hotel's location is convenient, the price is reasonable, and the room is clean and comfortable. There are all sorts of great food options downstairs, which is really nice.

The lady at the front desk was very kind! 👍 Even though the hotel's exterior looks quite modest, the interior decor is actually pretty good, and the rooms are spacious. Laundry facilities are also convenient.

The hotel provided an outstanding overall experience. The service was attentive and heartfelt, and the room was sparkling clean and bright. The location is absolutely superb, making it very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options nearby. It was a comfortable stay and definitely worth recommending!

Free parking is a plus! The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and always greeted us whenever we came in or out of the lobby, which was a lovely touch. When we needed more toiletries, a quick call to service and they were promptly delivered to our room. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, making this a fantastic value for money stay.
