Book 2 rooms - dirty and with bad smell. Required to change rooms several times but all other rooms having the problem (cannot lock, no air-conditioning). After 2 hours of changing rooms, finally the rooms were changed to 5/F. The 5/F rooms are okay with no bad smell, with air conditioning and the door can be locked.
The experience is very poor.
The web pictures do not match the real room situation.

I recently stayed at REZEN HOTEL for a few days, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the reception staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed.
Whether it was handling my parcels, providing detailed directions around the city, or even being available to help while I was outside the hotel, their dedication and professionalism stood out. It truly felt like they cared about making my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially for anyone who values exceptional service and attention to detail.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely return!

The room is spacious and that the front desk staff were helpful in facilitating an early check-in.
It just a basic breakfast offerings at the hotel. recommendation to explore outside options for better choices is valuable for future guests.
Cleanliness issue with the water bottles provided in the room, as I noticed small white particles in the water when using kettle for boiling
Furthermore, it's unfortunate that there was a discrepancy with the cleaner regarding a missing kettle during check-out.
Overall, while my stay had some positive aspects such as the spacious room and convenient location near amenities and the Metro
