Shenzhen Yage Apartment (Luohu Control Point)

I always stay here when I come to Shenzhen, mainly because (1) the landlord is warm, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and resolve issues; (2) the room is extremely clean and tidy, with all kinds of facilities and cooking facilities; (3) the surrounding area has complete living facilities and convenient transportation; and (4) the recently opened "Old Tang Buffet Restaurant" downstairs provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is so convenient! Special thanks to the landlord for arranging luggage storage and early check-in. I highly recommend this ideal place for tourists visiting Shenzhen to stay!

Our trip was long, and I rented this apartment for a day while already in China. Our landlord was the only one of our landlords who was available on TripCom the entire time we were there! This was valuable in China, as we didn't have a Chinese phone number. He wrote directions to the apartment, sent photos, and check-in was contactless, which was very convenient. We were completely satisfied with the apartment!

The bed is very comfortable, the place is spacious, it's great!

The location is excellent and transportation is convenient. The room size is just right. The room is fully equipped, even more so than a hotel, with cooking and laundry facilities, making it feel just like home.

I have booked here many times. First, I am used to the familiar place, and second, the management staff is easy to contact, so there is no need to change. I will stay here every time I go to Shenzhen

The environment is clean and quiet, and the cleaning is good. There is a projector and you can cook your own food. It is close to the port and convenient for travel. There is MixC next door. If you stay for a few days, it is still recommended.
