How to convince Chinese hotels manager that the steam machine can not be consider ad iron machine. Please buy iron machine instead. Hard to iron our clothes when stay at your hotels

The location is not convenient. it's not near to the Metro station.
The room has a window, but they view was so bad. I opened the window and I closed it immediately.
