The hotel is excellent, with clean and tidy rooms that are warmly and comfortably laid out. Its geographical location is also superior, surrounded by many large supermarkets and plenty of delicious food options. Transportation is very convenient, and the hotel service is also outstanding, especially Miss Jossce. She contacted us ahead of time to inquire about our preferences and needs for our stay, and helped arrange a free room upgrade and late check-out. She is very nice, and the hotel is highly recommended. We look forward to our next visit.

This is already many times that I have chosen this hotel, and every time I come here, I can feel the comfort and warmth like home. The room is elegantly and practically decorated, with every detail reflecting the hotel's thoughtfulness. The bed is soft, the environment is quiet, and the facilities are complete, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I will definitely choose this place again next time, and I highly recommend it to every friend who is on a business trip or traveling!

Really love the kind and meticulous cleaning lady on my floor , we booked total of 4 rooms for 4 nights , the room has been kept clean . Love the peaceful sound proof rooms and the 落地窗。 The luxury standard in my opinion is as good if not better than the Ritz . Front desk could do with more smile and sharing of extra information on the club benefits . We weren’t using the benefits as we were not aware . Upon visiting the club lounge on our third day , we notice it was under utilised, we are the only clients . It’s one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. We didn’t use the bath tub at all but it could easily fit 4 adults . What a relaxing and lovely experience indeed .
