This is a rip-off hotel, everyone! They deceive consumers. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. They were clearly cheating me, yet they arrogantly told me to complain to the platform. In the end, the platform refunded me a little over 100 yuan, but I wasn't even interested in getting the money back; I was just so angry! 😤 I have pictures and evidence. I booked a deluxe 1.8-meter king room through the platform and paid the price for a deluxe king room. However, the actual room was extremely small; the bed was only 1.5 meters wide. The advertised room was completely different from the reality. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, with the worst service. I don't know how they can stay in business. Beware!
