優點：房間設計簡單，地理位置絕佳（附近吃的很多，離深圳東、布吉站很近）打掃衞生也挺及時的，出門老闆笑着打招呼也挺親切，價格優惠缺點：隔音效果極差，室內空氣不流通（有點異味）空調老化（噪音大）沒有晾衣服的地方，沐浴露洗髮水感覺很奇怪，最最受不了的就是衞生紙紙質很差，感覺很不乾淨，對女生的privateplace非常不友好不想給太低的分數影響店家整體評價，但是實在很想發表一下真實的入住體驗
