Grand Skylight International Hotel Haoyue (Shenzhen World & WaterLands Resort East Metro Station)

The surroundings are pretty average, and it's quite a distance from the shopping area. No breakfast included.

Front desk staffer Xiao Li provided excellent service. I frequently stay at this hotel.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked two superior king rooms with breakfast, as our child was taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) and we were there to support him. The hotel's Cantonese dim sum restaurant on the third floor was a great convenience, and its location directly across from the school provided immense peace of mind during the exam period. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating, even approving a late checkout for one of our rooms until 5 PM on June 9th. This was particularly helpful as his last exam started at 5:00 PM, allowing him precious extra rest. The rooms themselves were very quiet and comfortable.

Xiao Li at the front desk provided excellent service. The quiet room was perfect for the Gaokao. Overall, everything was great.

The room was clean and quiet, and the service was excellent. What truly stood out was their thoughtful management during the Gaokao period: they had dedicated staff overseeing the elevators during peak hours, which was incredibly helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Grand Skylight Haoyue Hotel for three days during the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) period. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's thoughtful consideration for the students taking the exam! From the encouraging pins gifted upon check-in and the motivational posters in the elevator corridors, to the light, nutritious, and varied breakfast options – every detail showed their care. Highly commendable! 👍🏻 The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Suggestions: The design of the sink faucet could be improved, as water consistently splashes onto clothes when washing hands. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, almost non-existent.

I've stayed here many times and always choose this place. The bidet toilet is particularly great, haha.

The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was already on when we arrived – a very thoughtful touch.
