I had a great 5 days stay at Courtyard Shenzhen Bay. Everyone at front desk and restaurant are always so courteous. Breakfast spread is good mix of Chinese and western varieties. Room deco is tasteful and bed is comfortable. TV programs and WIFI accessibility are good. Can’t ask for any better !

This hotel was able to keep its international standards. Breakfast did not offer a lot of varieties BUT it was good enough to satisfy western and chinese customers. If there’s one thing I would love them to improve is the water pressure. Room was exactly as described in the photos.

The room was really too small... For the same price, an Atour S room is significantly larger. I felt like I was staying in a hotel in downtown New York City. Also, I think there were bugs in the sheets on the first night; both of us had really itchy legs. All in all, it's not worth it.

Amazing! Maybe even the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and helpful. Everything is clean and smells fresh. And don’t get me started about breakfast, in one word fantastic. I’ll definitely be back!!

Upon arriving at the hotel late at night for check-in, I mentioned that this trip was to celebrate my mother's birthday. Luna and Cici, two staff members at the front desk, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel very warm despite our late arrival. We especially appreciate their patience in assisting us so late at night, which truly gave my mother's birthday trip a wonderful start. As visitors from Korea, we felt genuinely cared for. Thank you, Luna and Cici! I hope the hotel recognizes these two excellent employees. ❤️
