The facilities in the room on the 9th floor didn't look renovated at all. Could they replace the chair? It was moldy and black. When the shower in the bathroom produced hot water, there was an indescribable smell – was it the hot water itself? Alright, after staying at both Vienna 3 Best Hotel and this one within two weeks, I know to avoid this brand for future business trips to Shenzhen.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right downstairs next to shopping centers and great food. They're also very thoughtful, offering airport pick-up and drop-off services. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Receptionist was very helpful. She helped setting up phones to use in room wifi for us and arranged free airport transfer to happen at 4:00am. Outstanding service. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
