the hotel is 20 minutes away from Lo Wu control point. you can walk to the hotel easily. The price is reasonable. The staff is super friendly and nice. the check in and out process are extremely fast. I love this hotel

All hardwares are getting old and falling apart; safe is non- functional and water leaks mark found at several corners of the room. Towels have holes …. Will never stay this hotel again

The shower drain didn’t work at all, leading to the entire floor and room flooding with water. When asked for help, we were handed a mop. Even thought we had consequent bookings, they’ve refused to give us more than a measly few yuan in compensation. Safe to say we are not visiting here again.

The overall is satisfactory, fatal issue is that the lift on 14Sep morning were closed and we have to walk down to the ground floor.

This hotel is a new designed style boutique hotels in Shenzhen within this year. I like it with clean and modern style and comfort bed offers good night and working with the new designed light is quite good. The bathroom is good enough for me to take an hot bath after the whole day working or shopping. Besides, the location of hotel is the central location of Law Wu and near the shopping mall or LawWu Train station to Kong Kong . Moreover, the service of staff is nice even my 普通話 is worst. 我亦可以用簡單廣東話和不太正確的廣式普通話和前台溝通，她們很樂於協助，籍得一讚！另外附近有国貿站的金光華商場很方便去地鐵站搭車和吃飯！加上金光華對面有24小時營業的香港新發茶餐廳只是5分鐘路程，真的很方便！加上用Trip.com訂房可以在late check out 至下午2點真好！
